Carrie Russo is a seasoned Pilates instructor, studio owner, and mentor, certified through Romana’s Pilates International. With a passion for helping teachers grow, she founded The Classical Pilates Lab — an online program designed to help certified Pilates teachers Explore · Elevate · Master the Method through practical tools, live coaching, and a supportive global community.
Carrie’s teaching style is known for its clarity, adaptability, and heart-centered energy, helping educators transform both their own practice and the experience of their students.
Based in Los Angeles at Russo Pilates, Carrie also travels internationally, delivering workshops and mentoring teachers worldwide. Whether guiding teachers one-on-one, filming for platforms like Pilatesology, or leading The Lab, her mission is the same: to empower Pilates educators to teach with confidence, clarity, and joy.
